I had an issue with a code not working properly on the website. The chat function worked really well. Helpful friendly member of staff who answered all my questions resolved my issue in a timely manner.
I received the parcel on the promised date, well packaged and everything is in perfect condition. What a great experience. I love my new jewellery boxes and would recommend that anybody considering buying from Farrar & Tanner to go ahead.

I ordered a bottle of Chianti from Farrar & Tanner for my husband for our wedding anniversary gift. The service was quick, the wine arrived beautifully packaged, and in a lovely personalised box…it was great value for money. A lovely touch for a special occasion. I would highly recommend!

The online ordering service was very user friendly. I ordered a boxed bottle of Malbec to send to my brother as a birthday gift. The wooden box was personalised with a nice message of my choosing. this is the second pair of gloves i have purchased the first ones lasted 8 yrs but on reiciving this pair i could not get them on, my hands must have got bigger i rang your customer line but was told these are the biggest you do such a shame only needed about 1inch bigger still i gave them to a friend and he stated they are great thank you for a good service Maurice

The backgammon set is lovely, it looks expensive and it’s just gorgeous.
The only thing is that the cups to put the dice in are plastic and very noisy and it just doesn’t match the quality of the overall set.
